For 2022-2023, we served students virtually in the US across Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, Washington DC, Wisconsin, and locally across Indiana in Indianapolis, Carmel, Fishers, Bloomington, & Greenwood.
We also specialize in working with students abroad from
China, India, the United Kingdom & Vietnam.
My promise to you
My name is Meaghan and I am a firm believer in educational opportunities as a path to upward mobility. As a first generation college student, it was difficult for me to navigate the college admissions process - especially coming from a small, public high school that was very competitive. My goal is to teach you how to embrace unique opportunities that will transform your life.
Remote & In-Person
We are currently based out of the Greater Indianapolis area (Eastern Time Zone) but work with nearly half of our clients exclusively remote from places both in the US and abroad - in places such as India, Vietnam, and China.

We have experience with a multitude of international educational systems and applying to US programs as an international student.

Or should we say, who is YOUR academic coach?

Hoosier Academic Coaching was named such for several reasons:

The definition of a "Hoosier" is someone from Indiana who is believed to be hard-working and reliable.

Meaghan moved to Indiana to attend and teach at Indiana University as an "Indiana Hoosier" for her PhD studies several years ago.

Lastly, Hoosier Academic Coaching is currently based out of Indianapolis, Indiana which is known as the Hoosier State. However, we are not limited to working with strictly students from the Great State of Indiana. As a matter of fact, more than 50% of the students we currently work with are fully remote from places around the US and abroad!
